A bathroom remodel is a major investment, and you deserve to know it's protected. Here's how we back our work — honestly, and in writing.
Manufacturer warranties
The wall systems, bases, glass, and fixtures we install carry manufacturer warranties. Because those terms vary by product, we provide the specific warranty documentation for the exact materials in your project rather than quoting a blanket number we can't stand behind.
Workmanship commitment
We install to standard and don't consider a project done until you're satisfied at the final walkthrough. If something isn't right with our installation, we make it right. As we finalize our formal written workmanship warranty, its terms will be provided with your project documents.
Honest and in writing
We're a locally owned company building a reputation for doing things the right way. That means we won't advertise warranty terms we can't currently guarantee. What we will do is show you exactly what's covered — product by product — and provide it all in writing before you commit. When you can reach the owner directly, a warranty is only as good as the people behind it.
